My Time with Karen – Foot Health Practitioner at Meadows Wellbeing

This time on my journey through Meadows Wellbeing, I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Karen – and honestly, the timing couldn’t have been more perfect. It was right in the middle of that 30-degree heatwave, which got me thinking…

We spend so much time (and money!) looking after our skin products, makeup, getting our hair done, and more – but when it comes to our feet, they’re often completely overlooked. That is, until sandal season arrives and suddenly we wish we’d given them a little more attention.

Karen is a qualified and registered Foot Health Practitioner and has been providing expert care for many years through her business, Best Foot Forward. As a member of the Register for Foot Health Practitioners (RFHP), she is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional excellence in foot care, ensuring every client receives safe, effective, and knowledgeable treatment.

From the moment I met Karen, I felt completely at ease. My appointment was not only incredibly relaxing, but also really insightful. We chatted about how she got into foot health, and one thing that really stood out was how much she genuinely loves what she does. For Karen, it’s all about making a difference – helping people walk out feeling more comfortable, confident, and cared for.

And I can honestly say… that’s exactly how I felt.

My feet felt so soft, refreshed, and properly looked after. It was like a pamper treatment with purpose – not just a luxury, but something that genuinely contributes to your overall wellbeing.

We often take our feet for granted, but they play such an important role in our everyday lives. They carry us through our day, support our movement, and keep us active. Looking after them properly means we’re far more likely to stay fit, mobile, and pain-free.
